Finding a love for running later in life and completing a first marathon at age 55 was a transformative experience, both physically and mentally. Running can definitely be an avenue for personal growth and pushing limits. 


Being surrounded by nature can also be calming and refreshing, offering a break from the stresses of daily life. Nature has a way of rejuvenating and inspiring us. Engaging in activities like hiking and running can have a positive impact on both physical and mental well-being.

 

Sharing this passion for wellness and fitness with others is a beautiful way to inspire and connect with like-minded individuals.

TWO MINDS, ONE STORY

Together we’re Dean & Toni, just your everyday couple figuring out how to stay strong, active, and sane as the years roll on, preferably without injury! No fancy titles here, just two beach-seasoned adventurers shaped by nearly twenty winters spent on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast (yep, the one in the Blue Zones book).
