It goes into great detail about the proper set up and techniques to follow to exercise in a safe and effective way. The descriptive directions and accompanying pictures make the exercise routine easy to follow. Great book for you or the older people in your life.

She guides you thru proper techniques in preparing for the balance exercises and then walks you thru each short exercise with careful instructions AND diagrams.

The author clearly lays out the benefits of stretching, so many! We get a very strong here’s why! There are not extra words for no reason, very concise and a quick read. I teach fitness classes for older adults and I am recommending they all pick up a copy and learn why we do stretching and prepare their own home program. I will pick up anything this author writes!
